COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex ISS-5410-0000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Datametrics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endevco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electra such as the DR1000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S9328A1800 manufactured by Datametrics and we are pleased to be able to service most Datametrics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8530C50 by Manufacturer Endevco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress-Hauser Brand FTI55AAN1RGJ43D1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Flexsafe such as fs43002 equipment made by Flexsafe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flexsafe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flexsafe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 552CW made by Dvt as well as the popular KSO6022CA30CLE original spares produced by Daikin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MHFT15 by Electromatic and fs43002 spares by Flexsafe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3450RC8001565 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elmwood. |
