COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex ISS-5400-1000-DEM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fisher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher such as the B0011106 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IS560511 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A16B2202056002A by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sti Brand fs4312b2r1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fci such as flt93baa00 equipment made by Fci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E6203601024R10PP2 made by Elap as well as the popular 63AS02SPW01A25B1F original spares produced by Endress-Hauser Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FR05CM63AC0 by Fanuc and flt93baa00 spares by Fci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F65036103 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Data. |
