COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex ISS-5400-1000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the MRS12100BE01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD090CN030N2M110GB2 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MG25M2CK1 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foxboro Brand L0112PX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl-Fuchs such as KFD2UT2EX1 equipment made by Pepperl-Fuchs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl-Fuchs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl-Fuchs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available mpckt52naa00n made by Schneider as well as the popular MM131B original spares produced by Miyachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MFR1A by Fanuc and KFD2UT2EX1 spares by Pepperl-Fuchs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IXZ4IXZ4444B251 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ixthos. |
