COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex ISS-1000-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delphi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 1281C57G03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES10171 manufactured by Delphi and we are pleased to be able to service most Delphi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E57MAL18A2EB1 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Datalogic Brand SDS105M1237 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as E58CAL18A2R2 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C9507N made by Det-Tronics as well as the popular CKR10100 original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CP25 by Coti-Global-Inc. and E58CAL18A2R2 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E51BLTI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
