COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex ISM1413-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pribusin-Inc. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pribusin-Inc. such as the IUC66SDGMCADVV12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L90G00HPHF8FH6CLXXN6SS6UU6UW7R manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDF12150300W1115 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand MIG150Q6CMB1X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as KDS11150300W1 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD071BN040N2T095PB0 made by Indramat as well as the popular JACE600 original spares produced by Tridium-Inc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KBSDG4V392L12M1PE7H711 by Vickers and KDS11150300W1 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M3452C600K3R4A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bonitron. |
