COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex ISM1403-11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Chief products, including obsoleted and phased-out Deiterich-Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Conveyor-Components product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Chief such as the 80357100RA41679 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DHF35SIHD manufactured by Deiterich-Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Deiterich-Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DBX100 by Manufacturer Conveyor-Components as well.

Spare units by Crouzet such as 89401036 equipment made by Crouzet have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E51PLF3P5 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular 6604044 original spares produced by Cyber-Optics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HPV10000G by Dct-Instruments and 89401036 spares by Crouzet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 604GZM37011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Custom-Control-Inc.
