COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex ISM1050-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Enprotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cosa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Enprotech such as the MRB40ME6102412824PT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CERABAR manufactured by Endress and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZIRCOMATP by Manufacturer Cosa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Exergen-Corporation Brand IRTC10ALOE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Futek such as 221165 equipment made by Futek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Futek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Futek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available h581024001432 made by Dynapar as well as the popular 5701000T2D1V1X original spares produced by Datametrics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TRS705 by Futek and 221165 spares by Futek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPS41D7AC2B1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
