COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex IS5603-11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Actus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ormec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the LC192F50NM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NPSA5NN55E1 manufactured by Actus and we are pleased to be able to service most Actus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ORN50CFEH by Manufacturer Ormec as well.

Spare units by Allen-bradley such as MEAE7KK8 equipment made by Allen-bradley have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PK60 made by Vero as well as the popular PS142007F01SD original spares produced by Bayside

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NSFPC10GS1 by Rexroth and MEAE7KK8 spares by Allen-bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LC182 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain.
