COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex IS5600-11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Anderson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MHD090B035PP1UN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JP222JI2002A50 manufactured by Anderson and we are pleased to be able to service most Anderson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD090AN030N2L110GB0 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yasnac Brand JANCDFC900C1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trane such as MOD0275REVG equipment made by Trane have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trane products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trane" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LR38879 made by Power-one as well as the popular M003555846 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KL3484 by Beckhoff and MOD0275REVG spares by Trane are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCTI39D1BV1001AMVTT14B1BA1021B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
