COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex IS5400-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Posiflex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the MPGA010091M22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KJ3245X1BA1 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MOH00525BOMTP5800 by Manufacturer Posiflex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danaher Brand MBP14D574 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as MC617D equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M0RA2MAE made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular LDHS135 original spares produced by Western-Design

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IWS2513 by Nematron and MC617D spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LUT1440 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick.
