COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex IS5100-10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Exor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Klockner-Moeller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the MIG50Q201H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M15XCG manufactured by Exor and we are pleased to be able to service most Exor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MI4471TC1 by Manufacturer Klockner-Moeller as well.

Spare units by Japan-Servo such as KT42HM4552 equipment made by Japan-Servo have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC323DBN634A008G52 by Mitsubishi and KT42HM4552 spares by Japan-Servo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MHL36800V8002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
