COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex IS2000M-130-40-S14 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cool-line products, including obsoleted and phased-out Compactorque parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Comsys-Ag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cool-line such as the A1053BP45 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3TS5006 manufactured by Compactorque and we are pleased to be able to service most Compactorque systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PACBRIC by Manufacturer Comsys-Ag as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cone-Drive Brand 064409261001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Crouse-Hinds such as EBMC equipment made by Crouse-Hinds have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crouse-Hinds products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crouse-Hinds" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DM1015B115 made by Compumotor as well as the popular 5211 original spares produced by Copley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TD2X by Cotrust and EBMC spares by Crouse-Hinds are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSD4000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crystalox. |
