COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex IS2000M-130-40-S14 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Contrinex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Condec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Copley-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Contrinex such as the DWHD603M50300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PVTSW30G4 manufactured by Condec and we are pleased to be able to service most Condec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 536AC by Manufacturer Copley-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Controlair Brand 950ACE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cosa-Xentaur such as LPDT equipment made by Cosa-Xentaur have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cosa-Xentaur products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cosa-Xentaur" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 142SLD200CAPAA made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular 1X40120AC original spares produced by Comau Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D6032HF by Control-o-mation and LPDT spares by Cosa-Xentaur are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8B0P0220HC000011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Comau-Spa. |
