COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex IS2000-LAB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Compumotor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crane-Commander parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Compumotor such as the DM1100A115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CC47 manufactured by Crane-Commander and we are pleased to be able to service most Crane-Commander systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISM110001 by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand 39954U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as DCM6F equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KS2D made by Cosmos as well as the popular 0221111120 original spares produced by Comp-act

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100110 by Cryco and DCM6F spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 39980U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Techniques.
