COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex DMS100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Comsys-Ag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cremer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the IS2000M13040S14 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PACBRIC manufactured by Comsys-Ag and we are pleased to be able to service most Comsys-Ag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2020701 by Manufacturer Cremer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand IS5400C10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control such as 9009010523002 equipment made by Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CTRA1009000 made by Comp-Air as well as the popular PC104DAS08 original spares produced by Computer-Boards-Inc.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 32001934 by Contrex and 9009010523002 spares by Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HSMR9064CRAB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Computer-Conversions.
