COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex DM7550 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delphi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delphi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delphi such as the SS10259 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E51KT333L manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ES10335 by Manufacturer Delphi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Delphi Brand ES10660 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Datasensor such as M8S415DP equipment made by Datasensor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datasensor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datasensor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E5830TS250HAP made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular 12101R6513 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E51DP3 by Cutler-Hammer and M8S415DP spares by Datasensor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ES10239 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delphi.
