COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex DM363QL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Comfile-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Contraves product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the IS510001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CT2400 manufactured by Comfile-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Comfile-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CSR by Manufacturer Contraves as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Controls-Incorporated Brand MVPL3102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Compact-Air such as GC440X150 equipment made by Compact-Air have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Compact-Air products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Compact-Air" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LACT12500A made by Concentric as well as the popular IS5400R10 original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AL2120A11B by Control-Concepts-Inc. and GC440X150 spares by Compact-Air are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HST16W1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Computer.
