COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex 825-0044-IR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cyber-Optics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Crestron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 8880C6502 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PRS800LH manufactured by Cyber-Optics and we are pleased to be able to service most Cyber-Optics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GLSLEXT by Manufacturer Crestron as well.

Spare units by Det-tronics such as TXLH2S100 equipment made by Det-tronics have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A0720GP made by Csi as well as the popular E57LAL18T111E4 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMR200QL00 by Cognex and TXLH2S100 spares by Det-tronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original yyyyyeye Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Comair-Rotron.
