COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex 808-0009-1R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Compact parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Techniques product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the 39980U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC163C manufactured by Compact and we are pleased to be able to service most Compact systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 39951U by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand SP1204 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Comsoft such as 40002P003H equipment made by Comsoft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Comsoft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Comsoft" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 80EB10001001000 made by Colman as well as the popular UNI1204LV original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDM625 by Comtech and 40002P003H spares by Comsoft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A2402E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Contraves.
