COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex 805-0060-2B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Current-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cosmo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Comptrol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Current-Technology such as the CG601202083GY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PT141BB2VDC manufactured by Cosmo and we are pleased to be able to service most Cosmo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BB30S126K1337 by Manufacturer Comptrol as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand 272079 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delphi such as ES10175 equipment made by Delphi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delphi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delphi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SS7B351MDOT made by Dolan-Jenner as well as the popular 14102A6517PS original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS5216L6P65 by Daido-Corporation and ES10175 spares by Delphi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ES10601 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delphi. |
