COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex 5400-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Datalogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Datalogic such as the ATS000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IS560501 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D64RPB3 by Manufacturer Eaton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Det Brand 00232601 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Entek such as 9712 equipment made by Entek have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PKM1000L made by Gefran as well as the popular FTL50HQGM2AA4E5A original spares produced by Endress

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FDU93PN3A by Endress-Hauser and 9712 spares by Entek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FLS30364 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crouse-hinds.
