COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Coax 3HPP115PC040TTB34B20VXXXP1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Contrinex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the IS540311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DWHD613M30411 manufactured by Contrinex and we are pleased to be able to service most Contrinex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UD46 by Manufacturer Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Compumotor Brand KHDRIVE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Microsystems such as 297111 equipment made by Control-Microsystems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Microsystems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Microsystems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IS540110 made by Cognex-In-sight as well as the popular DMR150X1120 original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K127031 by Colorblend and 297111 spares by Control-Microsystems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 17981 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control. |
