COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Co.ra. S.r.l. GTXG.110x90.CP16A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Tech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Conbraco-Compactorque parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Tech such as the SP3202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3TS06060A manufactured by Conbraco-Compactorque and we are pleased to be able to service most Conbraco-Compactorque systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM363QL by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand DBR005506000ENC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Colombo-Filippetti such as CF3 equipment made by Colombo-Filippetti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Colombo-Filippetti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Colombo-Filippetti" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 142U3D305BAAEA165240 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular 828D1020120112000 original spares produced by Control-Systems-Micristar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMR262X1542P by Cognex and CF3 spares by Colombo-Filippetti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PVX8B30RFP1S01A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Continental. |
