COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cmc 3515000M5000TAC-FO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Imperial products, including obsoleted and phased-out Minebea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ingersoll-Rand product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Imperial such as the 326T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 34PMC10109 manufactured by Minebea and we are pleased to be able to service most Minebea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 22N51WRC by Manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toyoda Brand 20BM090BXDT0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westinghouse such as 1H11404 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 254TTFNA4076AB made by Marathon as well as the popular 25HP3450 original spares produced by Electrim Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 332070Z122 by Graham-Transmission-Gt and 1H11404 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 22L20750RB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
