COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cloos GSD-24336-07/3, 5M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gam-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the FR25C198 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EPLH064003H manufactured by Gam-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Gam-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GDLA02010LL5 by Manufacturer Panasonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Carlyle-Johnson-Machine-Co. Brand EMA080099965100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as FGLK5FI equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FT47BAM56 made by Sew as well as the popular G574 original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FC7149838980FKS100254080 by Drehstrom-Asynchron-Motor and FGLK5FI spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G3FB3260075 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gtr-Nissel. |
