COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cloos DSD028S44U605 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Festo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lincoln parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lincoln product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Festo such as the DPA10016DPA10016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CCF4P3161 manufactured by Lincoln and we are pleased to be able to service most Lincoln systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CBDCXL by Manufacturer Lincoln as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Anaheim-Automation Brand DPW65351XDB9 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as DDS022A100B equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C184T34WK2B made by Leeson as well as the popular C6C11FC1G original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D482313X7153 by Ohio-Motor and DDS022A100B spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CGD24130TB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
