COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Clinton CE903M12K31GR CEULL99H1TE 903KMYGRS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Komatsu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the XBTP022110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CQPI3D200C2P manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DKP3640ECA21GF by Manufacturer Komatsu as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji Brand PFU080HG02NKZ004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Uticor such as 150S115N2L equipment made by Uticor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uticor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uticor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DF7000059 made by Yasakawa as well as the popular PA0646400C original spares produced by Modicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A16B22000660A16B22000660 by Fanuc and 150S115N2L spares by Uticor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IMH40002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion. |
