COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cleveland M1713BA-20C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danaher-Thompson-Micron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cone parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delroyd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danaher-Thompson-Micron such as the DTR90500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSH030B3711 manufactured by Cone and we are pleased to be able to service most Cone systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V50401 by Manufacturer Delroyd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Curtis Brand 12008201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dayco such as 4RP27 equipment made by Dayco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 120 made by Diamond as well as the popular 64848210 original spares produced by David-Brown Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SHV20A621C7B by David-Brown and 4RP27 spares by Dayco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SHV35Z8A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cone. |
