COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cleveland C100-10114A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Microsystems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Contemporary parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Conmed product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Microsystems such as the 297113 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC73100 manufactured by Contemporary and we are pleased to be able to service most Contemporary systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS2V60 by Manufacturer Conmed as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Compressor-Controls-Corporation Brand CPCI10D2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Compact such as H15SR2LZ equipment made by Compact have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Compact products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Compact" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 82501851R made by Cognex as well as the popular DST1204Z original spares produced by Control Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the I7010C01 by Cognex and H15SR2LZ spares by Compact are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DM1150A115 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Compumotor. |
