COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cleveland 2KL6-1B-GD1-0-1-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Imo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Imo such as the 5365000030076 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2Z309B manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 56TM3A471A1 by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tb-Woods Brand 5V1098 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reeves such as 41511265BF equipment made by Reeves have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reeves products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reeves" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 34RE0101517 made by Carson as well as the popular 38TK10K138100VPAZ original spares produced by Brecoflex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 325137567442 by Thomson and 41511265BF spares by Reeves are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 545991X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oshkosh. |
