COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cleaver Brooks 985-92, 118-2933 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Industrial-Timer-Corp. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dranetz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Han-Young product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Industrial-Timer-Corp. such as the PAB6S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5504 manufactured by Dranetz and we are pleased to be able to service most Dranetz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HY48DHY48D by Manufacturer Han-Young as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Moore Brand 16281213 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Keyence such as RC16 equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 701140888888822064 made by Jumo as well as the popular HP50A6 original spares produced by Eagle-Signal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B351 by Gould and RC16 spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GP510BS128 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji-Electric. |
