COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Clark Sylvania KPMA-21 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Benshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fuji product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Benshaw such as the RSC656AC120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XTCE065D00TD manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SJ0WG2EDC24V46A1A by Manufacturer Fuji as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand LEN00C003120B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aeg such as LS177 equipment made by Aeg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 831G3648C made by Pow-r-gard as well as the popular TC1D8011W6 original spares produced by Shamrock Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UKCC018208 by Yagi and LS177 spares by Aeg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NEMA08538SBG2A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
