COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Merlin NS100-160-250 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shamrock parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the SB2NUL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TC1D3811W6 manufactured by Shamrock and we are pleased to be able to service most Shamrock systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XTCE032C10A by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Original Brand 3SAF5134E2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parko-Electronics such as 4671001P equipment made by Parko-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parko-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parko-Electronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SLN80UR made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular 1732DIB161212D original spares produced by Ab Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WV4782000V1 by Eurotherm and 4671001P spares by Parko-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SN80 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
