COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati Milicron 3-531-3363 OC-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Deltec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eurotherm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Deltec such as the 7000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A03B0801C129 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 840J491616F by Manufacturer Eurotherm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dagan-Cornerstone Brand HCC100A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marvell such as 88E6050 equipment made by Marvell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marvell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marvell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FRA7N made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular HP53A601 original spares produced by Eagle-Signal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC693MDL930F by Fanuc and 88E6050 spares by Marvell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KVB16TC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence. |
