COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati Milacron 3-531-3628A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eurotherm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Highland-Technology/varian parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fuji-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurotherm such as the 2204NSVHXXXXRFXXYMENGS3282502FAU91 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 26A9001C01910418906 manufactured by Highland-Technology/varian and we are pleased to be able to service most Highland-Technology/varian systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NP1AX04MR by Manufacturer Fuji-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nachi Brand FJK2005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by N-tron such as 108TX equipment made by N-tron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire N-tron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "N-tron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DWR made by Henke-sass as well as the popular 5328A original spares produced by Hp Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H2ERMF by Host-Automation and 108TX spares by N-tron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CNi3224C24 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omega. |
