COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati MILACRON CNC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fidia products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 New-Jersey-Machine product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fidia such as the NoMainTag spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMPMC2100 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA320528B by Manufacturer New-Jersey-Machine as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has National-Electronics Brand NL209 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynamic such as QES2014193 equipment made by Dynamic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynamic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynamic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCB035 made by Una-Dyn as well as the popular PFXGP4301TADWGP4301TW original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NT20SST1221BV1 by Omron and QES2014193 spares by Dynamic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QPIPBS202C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quick-Panel. |
