COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati FT5064-0AK01-1-Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Clark products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Compressor-Controls-Corp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Clark such as the 270X0854M05B02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the InSight manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SERIES3PLUS by Manufacturer Compressor-Controls-Corp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cleveland Brand C10010114A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Comau such as CR10155180 equipment made by Comau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Comau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Comau" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PVR5042A15RFDD5L made by Continental-Hydraulics as well as the popular PCC5018DT2YDURFL286364 original spares produced by Ckd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DM8050E by Cognex and CR10155180 spares by Comau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 34281 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Conductix. |
