COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati ES-43-A8-0609-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itw-Dynatec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the ETP615080 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EVC1 manufactured by Itw-Dynatec and we are pleased to be able to service most Itw-Dynatec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HND3800T35W by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC754CSF15CTD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as HLD63B450 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HFA3040 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular GE0310 original spares produced by Komatsu Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IMB2684 by Allen-Bradley and HLD63B450 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ETC618391S3021 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
