COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati Acramatic 850 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sun products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pri-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Steelastic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sun such as the CHIMERA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BM711160 manufactured by Pri-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Pri-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA20030 by Manufacturer Steelastic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand AJ65SBTRPT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Brooks such as BRDPALRLYHVSA equipment made by Brooks have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brooks products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brooks" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AS984A832 made by Modicon as well as the popular ASB243110 original spares produced by Modicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C76356ES76352EB010AE3 by Siemens and BRDPALRLYHVSA spares by Brooks are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSM25GD120DN2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eupec. |
