COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati 9450-SX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cleveland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cobo-3b6 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Commander product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cleveland such as the C10010114 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 43313200C001 manufactured by Cobo-3b6 and we are pleased to be able to service most Cobo-3b6 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T30U031 by Manufacturer Commander as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Comtech Brand TT1EAR2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ckd such as PCC5030DFL27005 equipment made by Ckd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ckd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ckd" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DM262Q made by Cognex as well as the popular 15310CTX2500K9 original spares produced by Cisco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SERIES3PLUS by Compressor-Controls-Corp and PCC5030DFL27005 spares by Ckd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IGDisplay Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Comap. |
