COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati 3-531-4389A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telxon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Loepfe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telxon such as the PTC750IM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMM50PUNAB manufactured by Loepfe and we are pleased to be able to service most Loepfe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RV08B by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Avery Brand WI120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as PM810MG equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FP3700T41318004001 made by Proface as well as the popular MS2601CRT original spares produced by Crt-Solutions Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30002005 by Us-Drives and PM810MG spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AY56930B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flowserve. |
