COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati 3-531-4147A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Intelligent-Instrumentation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weintek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Intelligent-Instrumentation such as the CTM200G00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT8104T manufactured by Weintek and we are pleased to be able to service most Weintek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A05B2351C021 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand 97112973A01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Barco such as A901137S equipment made by Barco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Barco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Barco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ACC70 made by Ndc-Mobicon as well as the popular PMMBA56031 original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3d39513g by Rosemount and A901137S spares by Barco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES71384FB020AB0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
