COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati 2AS54 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beck such as the 20270121 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FK70447AF711AA3 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1DNM3584T by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 1KSK04075TP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as 2AD100BB050B1AS03B2N1 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1K067 made by Dayton as well as the popular 1FK60836AZ219ZZ90Z original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FK70225AK711HG0 by Siemens and 2AD100BB050B1AS03B2N1 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1FT50720AG012Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
