COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati 1269583B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Compumotor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cke parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Compumotor such as the DM1015B115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP70EG3124VCKE manufactured by Cke and we are pleased to be able to service most Cke systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 825102231R by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand 82503961R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Component-Side such as 7487985013 equipment made by Component-Side have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Component-Side products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Component-Side" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PSM1232 made by Computer-Technology-Corp. as well as the popular 2217402 original spares produced by Clansman-Dynamics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8210073R by Cognex and 7487985013 spares by Component-Side are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT2620192DF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cleveland. |
