COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Chromalox 0473P 559458-503 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dings parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the DC1020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 46100355301FF manufactured by Dings and we are pleased to be able to service most Dings systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AJ35TB216D by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Han-Young Brand HI99101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Innovative-Circuit such as ICT1201211AX equipment made by Innovative-Circuit have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Innovative-Circuit products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Innovative-Circuit" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RMC0222E1A made by Indramat as well as the popular RS201600T1T1SDAEHH07002 original spares produced by Hirschmann Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HE693DAC410D by Horner-Electric and ICT1201211AX spares by Innovative-Circuit are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT48RS485 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fotek. |
