COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Chesterton 167758 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Continental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Consolidated-Bearing product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Continental such as the 83V1250 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20QZ15L56WP manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GE240ES2RS by Manufacturer Consolidated-Bearing as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Doboy-Bosch Brand 162500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dings such as 6620065109X1FD equipment made by Dings have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dings products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dings" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B021010WAAU1101 made by Cone as well as the popular 23770 original spares produced by Chicago-Rawhide Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3HEX1 by Dayco and 6620065109X1FD spares by Dings are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 455920 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
