COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Chesterton 050122 SSA-25 SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dixon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the 442010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 37624 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40MPFU400 by Manufacturer Dixon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand 246267 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Didge-Tigear such as 35Q20H18 equipment made by Didge-Tigear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Didge-Tigear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Didge-Tigear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C2100H made by Diamond as well as the popular 32444 original spares produced by Cleaver-Brooks Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C0720 by David-Brown and 35Q20H18 spares by Didge-Tigear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TYPE60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cleveland. |
