COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cherusal PCB-0089 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ckd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ckd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cincinnati product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the UCAC2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STLMG1 manufactured by Ckd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ckd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AU45RC40 by Manufacturer Cincinnati as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand 825102231R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Chips-Gate such as 6271JK001AX0 equipment made by Chips-Gate have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chips-Gate products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chips-Gate" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RV3S20 made by Ckd as well as the popular DMR302QL00 original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 28905 by Cm and 6271JK001AX0 spares by Chips-Gate are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS2000C13040125 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
