COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Century 8-177319 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Doerr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Contraves product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6FS30800AG00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 73228801S manufactured by Doerr and we are pleased to be able to service most Doerr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 56LDVS by Manufacturer Contraves as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 5KSP39DG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Renold such as 60SSRB equipment made by Renold have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Renold products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Renold" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4Z289 made by Dayton as well as the popular 5K340AA original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 61BM060RXS70 by Sanyo and 60SSRB spares by Renold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 652006204 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-Craft. |
