COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Centry Cover CC-055-1300-100-AAE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cleaver-Brooks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 David-Brown product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the 7366127001CK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8531014 manufactured by Cleaver-Brooks and we are pleased to be able to service most Cleaver-Brooks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 64848210 by Manufacturer David-Brown as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand MR94751LKKTY in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Comtrac such as K703VN0440MR256210 equipment made by Comtrac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Comtrac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Comtrac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MOG2016BANR1 made by David-Brown as well as the popular 35Q20H18 original spares produced by Didge-Tigear Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 853924 by Cleaver-Brooks and K703VN0440MR256210 spares by Comtrac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSH0301OPTION1901 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cone. |
